Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. — 4.00 p.m. Orders placed online after 4.00 p.m. on Fridays will be processed after 9.00 a.m. the following Monday.
Email Enquiries and Response Rate
We always request that you make contact with us first as some internet based email providers such as Outlook, Hotmail and Gmail, amongst others, have over-zealous spam filtering and are likely to block a new email from an unknown company.
Emails are much less likely to block or filtered to a junk/spam folder if we are replying to you.
The majority of our email enquiries are dealt with on the same working day so if you do not receive a prompt reply please do not hesitate to contact us weekdays, during our office working hours (9am – 4pm) on 01730 269572 and let us know.
