Occasionally customers may experience a message "Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"

This is usually because they have gone straight to CHECKOUT before VIEW CART. Due to the fact that we ship some items in an envelope and other may be as large as a double pallet, we have a number of shipping calculators which also depend on the postcode and this needs to be selected before payment can be processed.

If you go to VIEW CART you will see "ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAXES". Select that checkbox, enter region and postcode then click GET QUOTES

You will then see one or more delivery options/costs that you can choose from. Select your prefered method and click APPLY SHIPPING.

You can then go to the CHECKOUT, ignore any further warning, enter your details and click REVIEW ORDER, and your shipping method will be applied.

You need to select your prefered delivery date and if it's a stock item we can usually get that to you next day, IF WE HAVE THE ORDER BY 12:00, so although the Cart will not allow you to choose the next day you can add some notes in the Special Delivery Instructions section to the tune of "Next Day if possible please".
